The Carbon Capture and Storage at Sea conference brought together legal scholars, regulators, and practitioners from across Europe and beyond for two days of discussion on the regulation, governance, and liability dimensions of CCS — from cross-border CO₂ transport by ship to sub-seabed storage and long-term risk. We are sincerely grateful to all speakers, chairs, and participants who contributed to the conversation.
